What to do in the first 7 days after a refusal
- Read the refusal letter carefully. Note every reason given — finances, Genuine Student, study plan, English, documents or immigration history.
- Do not reapply in a hurry. The same file usually gets the same answer.
- Collect your full file. Application form, offer letter, SOP/GS answers, financial documents and the decision letter.
- Get an honest review. Decide whether to fix and reapply, change the course, or choose another country.

In most cases, yes. What matters is fixing the reason given in the refusal letter before you apply again. Reapplying with the same file usually leads to the same result.
Should I change country after a refusal?
Sometimes. If the refusal reason is specific to that country’s rules, another destination can suit your profile better. We decide this only after reading your refusal letter.
Do I have to declare my previous refusal?
Yes. Visa forms ask about past refusals, and hiding one can lead to a far more serious problem than the refusal itself. Always declare it honestly.
Can you guarantee approval after a refusal?
